If the item is marked as ‘Lost’ in the Library Catalog you can place an Interlibrary Loan request and use the Notes field to indicate the item is missing from the shelves.

If the item is not marked ‘Lost’ and you are unable to locate it on the shelves please go to the Circulation Desk and fill out a missing card. The Circulation staff will conduct daily searches for a period of six months. Once a book is located, you will be contacted and will have two days in which to pick up the book. After the two days, the book will be returned to the collection.

You can put in a purchase request for the item to be considered by our bibliographers.
