If you are accessing the databases from off campus, then you should try and log in again with your username and password. If you still are experiencing difficulty logging in, Lily, you are welcome to contact the IT Help Desk in Edinburg at (956) 665-2020 or (956) 882-2020 if you are closer to Brownsville. I'll post up the link here again for you to copy and paste into the browser for access if you still can use it.
